Performing a firmware update enables the latest features and ensures optimal performance of your Artome device.
Firmware update
Artome Connect app
- Power cycle your Artome device and leave it on standby.
- Start by Pairing your device with Artome Connect app
- Next, proceed by Checking your firmware version
- Artome Connect app supports firmware update as follows:
- With iOS: Update is supported from firmware version 1.2.1 onward.
- With Android: Update is supported from firmware version 0.4.0 onward.
- For older version firmware versions, contact your Artome dealer or Artome support.
- Request the firmware file from Artome support.
- Move the file to your tablet.
- Make sure your Artome device is on standby.
- Open Artome Connect app.
- On the startup screen, press the support icon on the upper-right corner.
- Select firmware update.
- Start the update process by pressing Start.
- Press Browse to locate and select your update file.
- Press update to start the process. Wait for few minutes.
- Finish by pressing Done.
- Power cycle your Artome device. Check you firmware version with the Artome Connect app.
Unable to update?
If the update is interrupted or didn't succeed, power cycle your device and start over.
