Pairing Artome Connect App

This feature is supported by hardware version 231 and later. Recognizing your product

 

Artome device can be paired with a tablet by using the Artome Connect app.

 

Instructions

  1. Make sure your Artome device is connected to a power outlet.
  2. Download Artome Connect from App Store or Play Store
  3. Turn on your mobile device's Bluetooth.
  4. Open Artome Connect app.
  5. Accept any permission requests.
  6. Press Pair Device button in the app to start the pairing process.

  7. Follow the on-screen instructions:

    1. Activate the pairing mode by long-pressing PAUSE button until it starts blinking. Then press Continue.

    2. Select your Artome device from the list by pressing it. Then press Continue.

    3. Accept the Bluetooth pairing request.

  8. Artome device will turn on after successful pairing.

 

Issues with pairing?

  1. In your mobile device's Bluetooth settings, remove any device named Artome.
    1. Android: Settings > Bluetooth > Select a device named Artome > Remove pair
    2. iOS: Settings > Bluetooth > Device named Artome > Info button > Forget this device
  2. Close Artome Connect app.
  3. Re-open the app and start the pairing process again.
  4. If the above steps don't help, power cycle your Artome device, reinstall Connect app and then start the pairing process again.
