If you're having issues connecting your Mac/PC to your Artome unit the following tips might help.
- Make sure Artome device is powered on.
- Try to reinsert the HDMI cable to your Mac/PC.
- If you're using an adapter or docking station, also try to reinsert the adapter/docking station.
- Check the display settings to see if the additional monitor is recognized:
- Mac: System Settings > Displays
- Windows: Settings > System > Display
- Restart your Mac/PC.
- Press the SOURCE button on Artome.
