Checking projector serial number

These instructions vary between models. Recognizing your product

There are different ways to find your projector's serial number.

Projector menu

S-series

1. Turn on the device
2. Press the Menu button and navigate to Management > Information
3. Look for serial number

M10

1. Turn on the device
2. Press the Menu button and navigate to Management > Information
3. Look for serial number

X20

1. Turn on the device
2. Press the Menu button and navigate to Info > Projector Info
3. Look for serial number

Physical label

S-series

1. Remove the projector Replacing a projector
2. The serial number is located at the bottom of the projector
   

M10

1. Open the front door
2. The serial number is located at the back side of the projector
   

X20

1. Open the front door by pushing it outwards through a hole located at the bottom of the device.
